I'm Vanessa. Before I became a property agent, I was a military scholar, a secondary school tutor for three years, and a stay-at-home mother for four years. I started in property in 2023 with no industry contacts and no family in the business.

This gives you capital to work with, flexibility during P1 registration, and locked-in pricing. Others need to move into their upgrade home immediately. We work through which path makes sense for you.
